Back and neck
Disc problems, locked joints, restricted movement, sacroiliac pain, whiplash, low back pain that will not settle
We assess before we treat. A careful examination and an exact choice of treatment is how we reach the goal we set together on the first visit. We look at the whole person, not only the painful part, because that is what lasts. Most people are with us for four to six visits, and then they are not.
Physiotherapy is about preventing and treating problems with how the body moves: getting movement back after injury, surgery or long-term pain, and building the strength that stops it happening again. All our physiotherapists are chartered.
Osteopathy is a hands-on, whole-body approach to restoring mobility and easing pain, using a wide range of manual techniques so that treatment fits the person on the table rather than the other way round. Our osteopaths are registered.

“Four steps, every time. It is how we choose the right treatment instead of the usual one, and it is why people know what they are paying for before they pay.”

MoreWe are a private clinic and you do not need a referral from your GP. Most private health insurers reimburse physiotherapy and osteopathy with us; we give you a receipt with everything they ask for and can bill some insurers directly. Ask when you book.
By email, or through the form on the booking page. New patients are usually seen within three working days, and same-day for an acute back when we can.
If you cannot make an appointment, please tell us at least 24 hours before. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be charged in full. Thank you for understanding; the slot could have gone to someone in pain.
